So.  You’re back.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss you.
I didn’t really notice you were gone... until after a good five minutes had passed.  Then it was like something was not quite right in the world.
I got used to not having you around, but that doesn’t mean I’m not happy to see you.
It’s hard to tell yourself that you don’t want someone, that you need to get over it and get on with your life.  It might seem easy, but it really isn’t.
I see your face, and it’s like you have been gone for an eternity and gone for only an instant, both at the same time.
You are smiling, and your hands are out.
So.  You’re back.
