The secret to a long life?  Don't die when you are young.

Watch where you’re going.  Remember where you’ve been.

Sex.

Choose your parents well.

Plan ahead, but be spontaneous when you get there.

Marry for love, and stay in love with the person you marry.

Afternoon naps.  Even short ones.

If you’re not making mistakes, you’re not taking enough chances.

Clean air.  Breathe it in.

Don't worry about adding time to your life.  Just try to add life to your time.

Red wine.

Moderation in all things.  Even moderation.  Indulge yourself occasionally.

It’s better to walk than to be carried.

An apple a day.

Floss the teeth you want to keep.

Be prepared.

When you find yourself without a challenge, make one.

Avoid all forms of tobacco.

Smile.  It’s the second best thing you can do with your lips.

If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

Buckle up.

Forgive and forget.

Think twice before you allow any mind-altering substance to enter your body.

Sunglasses not only make you look cool, they prevent cataracts.

Listen to music.  Or make some yourself.

Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Nobody dies wishing he had spent more time at the office.

Get a pet.

Read something, and also write something, every day.
